Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Puerto Rico Beach Finder (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Service

• You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account session.

Advertising Services

Advertising inventory is sold as clearly labeled paid placement and does not influence editorial beach rankings, scores, recommendations, or organic search results. Creative, claims, links, business licensing, and imagery are subject to review and may be rejected or removed for legal, safety, trust, or policy reasons.

• Single-beach and nearby-cluster packages are month-to-month with a 30-day minimum. Regional, guide, and collection packages have a three-month minimum unless an order states otherwise.
• The first month is due before launch. Fees are not prorated after a placement launches except for an approved delivery make-good.
• Guide and collection sponsorships are exclusive for the agreed page and dates. Beach pages may contain no more than two paid business cards in one clearly separated block.
• We report aggregate valid viewable impressions and clicks but do not guarantee traffic, leads, conversions, or sales.
• For site-caused unavailability, the placement is extended one day for each missed day. If more than 20% of a paid month is unavailable, the advertiser may choose a prorated credit or refund for the affected period.
• Advertiser-caused delays, unavailable creative, inaccurate business information, and events outside our reasonable control do not qualify as underdelivery.

Advertising Content Policy

We do not accept illegal, adult, tobacco/nicotine/cannabis, weapons, gambling, political, discriminatory, deceptive, unsafe, or environmentally harmful advertising. Alcohol, health or medical claims, financial services, real estate, transportation, marine activities, and adventure operators require additional review.

User Content

If you submit content (such as reviews or photos), you represent that you have the right to share it and that it does not violate applicable laws or third-party rights.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
